ScaleX Solutions is the Delhi based startup which has a vision to help MSME’s in their growth and scaling of their business through Strategic Consultation and mentoring in Product Development , Branding, marketing and sales. We have highly Higly experienced Mentors and consultants who has immense experience of working with various industries from B2B to B2C, from manufacturing to services to early stage Startup.

How Does The Process Works :

First Our team will have a discovery call with you to understand your business and what all areas need to be worked upon and what are the roadblocks in growth in terms of sales, marketing and branding.

Based on the first call, once the formalities of onboarding is done. Both the parties will mutually agree on the weekly Consultation call timing and day.

Every week there will be 60 to 90 min mentoring call with the assigned Mentor where the end financial growth roadmap will be discussed.

Based on the roadmap, Complete Go to market strategy will be created and budget allocation will be done.

Based on that, Strategy will be created and action points to be worked on that week will be discussed and noted in the Google Tracker.

All the action points will be tracked on the google tracker and also there will be a watsapp group will created where all the team members whosoever will involved from the team or outsource agency people will be there and giving all the updates there.

Any challenges faced by the team during the week in implementation of action points needs to be told in the group to the mentor. If urgent, Team can call the mentor and mentor will be helping them.

Mentoring and consulting is not bound to one call per week only but handholding support during the complete week as well.

Business owner need not be worry about outsourced agency to hire or with whom to work as mentor or consultant will guide them to the right people so the business owner’s time and energy can be saved.

There will be monthly report sent from ScaleX Solution’s Side to the business owner which will contain the current status of business, how the business is performing and what all measures need to be taken in coming month to bring the desired results.
